Ravi Ramanathan
Vice President and General Manager
Ravi Ramanthan was installed as Starline's Vice President and General Manager after the acquisition by Legrand in April of 2019. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the Senior Leadership Team and leading the integration of the former Starline’s business into Legrand, North and Central America. In this role, Ravi brings an extensive background in senior leadership, strategic planning and operational experience. Ravi has spent the last five years with Legrand, North and Central America as Vice President and General Manager of the Electrical Wiring Systems division, where he drove significant profits through the growth of Wiremold and Cablofil product lines. Prior to joining Legrand, Ravi has held roles with Honeywell, Avaya, and FedEx, and has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Birla Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
Lance P. Sabados
Vice President of Sales and Service
Lance joined the organization in 2007 as the Director of Sales for Starline. Prior to his role with the company, Lance was a Vice President of Sales for Danaher Corporation, working in their Josyln Hi-Voltage Division. Under his direction, Starline has experienced significant sales growth in both the domestic and international markets. He has a vast knowledge of sales and marketing in the electrical industry and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Case-Western Reserve University.
Mark A. Swift
Vice President of Engineering and Marketing
Mark started his career at Starline in 2010 as Business Development Manager and has received several promotions during his tenure at the organization. In addition to his expertise in power distribution, Mark has a vast knowledge of marketing, product development, sales, and engineering in the cable and telecommunications industries, from several key roles with Armstrong Utilities and Consolidated Communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Computer Science from Grove City College, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Geneva College.
Stacey R. Wolfe
Director of Human Resources
Stacey began her career here at Starline in 2013 as the Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Director in October 2016. As a key member of the leadership team, embodying the core values of Starline, she has been able to utilize her strong HR background to support the growth initiatives and future vision for the organization. Prior to her time with Starline, Stacey has held various levels of HR positions with Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toshiba and McKesson. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Waynesburg University.
Edward S. Pitcher
Senior Director of Finance
Prior to his Senior Director of Finance role at Starline, Ed began his career with Legrand in 2012 as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Data Communications Division. In 2015, he assumed a similar role for Legrand Corporate. Ed has been able to leverage these significant experiences in finance and accounting to support the company's rapid expansion and growth globally. Prior to joining Starline and Legrand, Ed has held roles with Hamilton Sundstrand, UTC Power, ConnectiCare, and KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University.
Christie Balogh
Senior Director of Global Operations
Christie began her career with Starline in mid-2020, and brings a myriad of previous manufacturing and leadership experiences to the role. In this capacity, she oversees all aspects of the global production and materials management portion of the business. With over twenty-five years of experience in engineering, operations, and lean manufacturing, Christie has been able to leverage this breadth of experiences to support the company's continued growth. Prior to joining Starline, Christie held various roles in leadership, production, and engineering at Arcade Beauty, Metalor Technologies, OMNOVA Solutions, and Kennametal. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geo-Environmental Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and two master's degrees, one a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and the other in Business Administration from Seton Hill University.
